It’s not the cheeky Smurf dress Katy Perry wore to the premiere of her new flick that offends my fashionable senses, darlings. What makes me shiver right down to my peep toes is the mere sight of her–gasp!–blue eyeshadow. Instead of a sultry navy smokey eye, K.Per went with electric azure shadow, pink lips, and bleached hair. The result? Less A-list, more eighties. Shudder.
