Stacy Ferguson looked foxy, foxy in this periwinkle, chiffon Elie Saab gown at the Golden Globes, and I’m hoping she can spice up the Oscars in something even more Glamorous.  My Fergie Ferg wish for Oscar night is this: May she look like a ten when her co-star, Penelope Cruz, wins for Nine.
