I’ll admit it: Occasionally, I’ve been hard on Miss Miley Cyrus. But as she explained to David Letterman, she can handle the critics: “I’ve gone through awesome things and I’ve gotten to perform and do what I love . . . And if people say I sound like crap, at least I’m singing live, so take that!” Point taken. Perhaps her new album should be re-titled Can’t Be Shamed.
