Spotted: Blake Lively and Chloe Moretz both attending the Jason Wu for Target fete, but only one starlet ruled the red carpet. While I adore B’s peplum-accented dress, Chloe also dons B&W but looks more like Colonel Sanders’ long-lost niece.
Am I the only one who thinks B should start schooling poor Chloe on being a true fashionista? XOXO.

Darlings, we both know that our lovely little Blake Lively rarely makes a fashion misstep, but we also know that when she does, it’s fairly ghastly. Case in point: B’s look at the Haywire premiere in New York last night.
True, the weather was chilly, but is that any excuse for her awkward outfit? From the blocky, Frankenstein-like booties to the mismatching navy tights to the cheap-looking skirt, everything about her look at the premiere was, well, haywire. Do you actually love her outfit or should B have done better? XOXO.

I hear that B partnered with Sprinkles cupcakes to create a special s’more cupcake using her favorite ingredients! Even sweeter? One hundred percent of proceeds benefit Oxfam, so eat up my dessert-obsessed darlings!
Pick up the charitable treat at any Sprinkles bakery starting this Friday through February 2!

Get The Look: Serena’s Boho Braid

The Charlie/Ivy drama was just as twisted as Serena’s braid in the latest episode of Gossip Girl. But for right now, style pro Syma Raza for Rent the Runway is going to focus on how to steal Serena’s look, not her identity (ahem, Ivy).
Spotted: S mastering the boho braid on last night’s episode of Gossip Girl to perfection. We simply adore the contrast of a sexy messy side braid to a chic structured dress and obviously Blake Lively is too because we’ve seen her rock it on and off the set! You can easily achieve this look in a matter of minutes with no hairstylist required!
- First, to damp hair, add a texturing moose to create waves.
- Next, blow-dry hair in an upward direction to add body.
- Back comb hair to create height and fullness using a medium-hold hairspray.
- Then, gather your hair at the nape of your neck to bring to side and loosely braid.
- Last, fasten with hair-tie and be sure to leave out wispy strands to achieve the effortless glamour of Serena’s signature look!

It seems like just yesterday that I began bringing you the juiciest little whispers from the Upper East Side’s favorite clique. But lo and behold, Blake Lively and Leighton Meester stepped out last night to celebrate the 100th episode of Gossip Girl, each looking white hot.
But as we know, there can be only one ruler of Manhattan, so take a look at B and L and tell me who gets your vote for GG’s loveliest: B in a strange see-through Marchesa dress or L, who played it safe in a Balmain mini and strappy Jimmy Choos.

When it comes to casting, Gossip Girl never fails to impress with its long roster of talented stars…and just as buzzworthy celebrity cameos!
Season five began with a va-va-vroom appearance by Elizabeth Hurley — who is now playing a scandalous journalist (and Nate Archibald’s cougar-licious love interest) on the show. Moreover, there was another familiar name on the Gossip Girl Guest List this week that we recognized from the Season Five premiere and big-time movies such as Ali and How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days…Michael Michele!
Michael Michele has previously portrayed a detective (Homicide: Life on the Street) and a doctor (ER), so playing a powerhouse movie producer is definitely a new venture for her.
