The Disney teen queen was spotted at her Atlantic City concert flashing her love for her Bieber beau with a faux “Justin†tattoo on her wrist—complete with a heart underneath. How sweet. Too bad the ink only further ticked off an already jealous gang of Beliebers. But Sel’s message came across loud and clear: The Biebs is mine, suckers!
