They both go by one name; they both top the iTunes charts . . . but, apparently, neither Ke$ha nor Fergie can be trusted to dress themselves. My fashion face-offs usually feature two stunning starlets rocking competitively gorgeous outfits, but today K-Money and Fergie Ferg battle it out for a more dubious title: Biggest Billboard Awards Flop. So, if you dare, tell me who looked the most outrageously awful on the red carpet: Ke$ha, looking like an ice skater from another planet in Jad Ghandour? Or Fergie, who unleashed her inner dominatrix in Hervé Léger by Max Azria?
