If you believed for one quick minute that Lindsay Lohan was actually going to change her ways, then you must also think that the Vuitton bag you bought on Canal street is oh- so-real, too. Fox News invited Lindsay to this weekend’s ultra prestigious White House Corespondent’s dinner in DC, but–quelle surprise!–LiLo stayed out until 6am partying (her second such night in a row) and missed her flight.
And when she did finally turn up at the ball, she tried her best to clean up nicely, but tell me darlings, can any amount of styling make Lilo into a lady again?

In honor of Gossip Girl author Cecily von Ziegesar’s series It Girl, each week we celebrate the women who are making headlines. This week, we look at the ladies who are in the spotlight for their acting roles! Check them out below:
- Katharine McPhee – Who doesn’t love a good musical? This former American Idol contestant stars in the new series Smash which follows two Broadway hopefuls as they compete to snag a part as Marilyn Monroe. The show, which premiered on Monday, received good ratings and reviews, and Katharine is getting a lot of praise for her role. Also, doesn’t she just look smashing lately? (Sorry, just had to do it!)
- Naomi Watts – The 43-year-old actress has just received an “honor” — as she’s calling it. She has been cast to play the part of the late Princess Diana in an upcoming movie about the royal’s last two years called Caught in Flight. Naomi told Variety: “Princess Diana was loved across the world, and I look forward to rising to the challenge of playing her on screen.” We think the blonde beauty will play the role well.
- Rachel McAdams – Just in time for Valentine’s Day (to fulfill our need for an awesomely romantic movie with a side of Channing Tatum), Rachel is starring in The Vow. Grab the tissues (per usual) and either a girlfriend or guy who is willing to do anything for you and head to the movies this weekend!

None other than Lonely Boy was behind B’s mad dash, and I hear that they finished their flight with a serious lip lock. Could Blair’s love life be making another right turn, this time into (gasp!) Brooklyn? XOXO

Lindsay Misses the Ball

Our favorite freckled friend Lindsay Lohan was set to escort billionaire Richard Lugner to the Vienna Ball for a price tag of $150,000. The only thing Linds had to do was show up and be coherent. However, being Lindsay Lohan, she was too busy shopping and missed her flight! Lindsay, I know nothing can come between a girl and her retail therapy, but think of all the clothes you could have hoarded in your apartment for $150,000!
