I spied The Vampire Diaries hottie dressed as Captain Planet for the Ian Somerhalder Foundation/VuQo Vodka gala at Opera nightclub in Atlanta, which aimed to increase environmental protection. The erstwhile Damon even snuggled up to fans who came to support his call of the wild…doesn’t it just turn you eco-green with envy?

Tempting to believe, but remember when Gaga hinted that she was swapping Swedish kisses with True Blood hottie Alexander Skarsgard, who made a cameo in her vid for “Paparazzi”? Turns out that was just a faux-mance. So, could her latest BF be just another product of Mother Monster’s (and her publicist’s) active imagination?
