But it looks like Taylor is having far better luck with the hipster hottie, enjoying a cozy lunch a deux in LA.

The professional trainwreck played herself, and poked fun at her (failed) attempts at staging a comeback. Did you squeal with delight to see LiLo’s name in lights once more? Or is she still one small step away from Celebrity Rehab?

So why anyone invited our favorite professional trainwreck is beyond me, especially once they caught a glimpse of her strange, caterpillar brows. Darlings, should LiLo just pick a look and go with it for more than a week? Or is constant reinvention her only change of staying relevant?

Hot Mess: Lindsay Lohan’s Eyebrows

I’m all about recycling, darlings, but not when it comes to my exes. Unfortunately, Lindsay Lohan doesn’t share my sentiments; I spied her out until 5am on Sunday at NYC hotspot Goldbar with ex-gal pal Samantha Ronson, and then just last night, the turbulent twosome was spotted at Le Baron (which is totes overrated, if you ask me) holding hands and whispering sweet nothings in each other’s ears.

Considering LiLo was at her craziest when she was with SamRo, is this new/old romance–and last week’s pathetic antics–the surest sign that our little Linds hasn’t changed at all?

If you believed for one quick minute that Lindsay Lohan was actually going to change her ways, then you must also think that the Vuitton bag you bought on Canal street is oh- so-real, too. Fox News invited Lindsay to this weekend’s ultra prestigious White House Corespondent’s dinner in DC, but–quelle surprise!–LiLo stayed out until 6am partying (her second such night in a row) and missed her flight.

And when she did finally turn up at the ball, she tried her best to clean up nicely, but tell me darlings, can any amount of styling make Lilo into a lady again?

A few years ago at a Victoria’s Secret party here in NYC, I watched Lindsay Lohan positively throw herself at Gerard Butler, and it seems that not much has changed. One of my West Coast minions saw her giggling up a storm with the Scottish hunk at Chateau Marmont this weekend. I hear she yanked him in close to whisper in his ear, while G nearly straddled her on her bar stool.

Could these two rehab veterans be a match made in heaven? Or do you need to be sedated just thinking about Mr. 300 ending up sharing a suite with LiLo?

Last night our dear little Lindsanity stumbled out of Sayers Club hookah lounge (gross) and rammed her car into the club’s poor manager! Forgive me, darlings, if there are any typos in this post–my whole body is shaking with fiendish laughter: I hear that paparazzi mistook 66-year-old Blondie singer Debbie Harry for 25-year-old Lindsay Lohan! Seems that LiLo’s too-often trips to the plastic surgeons has had the reverse effect, making her easily confused with an AARP member.
