My my, darlings, it seems we may have a new NYC Queen Bee contender. I spied Giuliana Rancic on her recent trip to the city and, well, can we say, “tres sucess?” The reality TV starlet and E! news hostess looked effortlessly chic in her all-white top (please, Giuls, tell us where you got the blazer), and black skinnies, paired with a camel-colored Hermes Birkin. Darlings, does this look make you swoon? Tell me your thoughts.
