Spotted: Zac Efron flashing his famously fit thighs in his Reno 911! Lt. Dangle costume, alongside pals Aly & AJ Michalka at Miley Cyrus’ Halloween bash. Aly was a blast from the prohibition era as a cigarette girl (don’t worry darlings, those nasty smokes are totes faux) while AJ looked more like the Queen of Half-Hearted than that Alice in Wonderland look she was going for. Try as I might, I can’t seem to find a flaw with the lovely Lucy Hale. Not only is she irritatingly beautiful, totally poised and unfailingly chic, but she’s charitable too? The Pretty Little Liar designed a set of Stoney Clover Lane bracelets benefitting the Dream Foundation, which grants wishes to terminally ill adults. I hear that Miley Cyrus is so in love with Luc’s design that she’s set to create her own accessories for Stoney Clover. Which starlet do you think will have the most luxe line?
