Spotted: A red-faced Justin Bieber. The Biebs was trying to treat GF Selena Gomez to ice cream at the Candy Kitchen during their recent jaunt in the Hamptons…then he realized he was out of cash! Luckily a good Samaritan/Belieber stepped in to treat the teen lovebirds. Who’d have thought that someone as talented and wealthy as JB would be short on change? Never say never…
