Christmas has come early! At least in Zoe Saldana’s walk-in closet. The Avatar actress turned up at the Tree of Life premiere in Cannes looking good enough to eat–if you like candy canes, that is. You might be surprised to hear this darlings, but I’d love to find this Armani dress under my tree come December 25th (and Santa, throw in those Nicholas Kirkwood peeptoes for good measure). Do you think Zoe looks red, white and beautiful or is this look ho-ho-horrible?

Spotted: Zoe Saldana on the red carpet of The Losers in a an oh-so-sexy little black dress. The look is a total 180 from her over-the-top Oscar number, and wins Zoe the coveted Most Improved Fashionista award. Let’s hope she continues to keep it sleek and simple, because when you’ve got a killer bod and a flawless face, why complicate things?

It’s an age-old fashion question: full and fabulous or streamlined and sexy? Zoe Saldana went for the best of both worlds in her Givenchy gown, which was all sophisticated sparkle on top, but multi-colored bustle at the bottom. The end result was one hot mess that no amount of Avatar special effects could fix.
