As you look at this awful picture of Chloe Sevigny at the Jeffrey Fashion Cares 2012 in New York last night, please keep in mind that 1) she did not just escape from a mental institution 2) she did not cut her own hair with a pair of rusty kitchen scissors and most disturbingly of all, 3) she is widely considered to be a fashion It Girl.
