Seems like one pop star in Hollywood is taking the song “Single Ladies, (Put a Ring On It)” a little too seriously. Reports say Jessica Simpson has bought herself a $50,000 three-carat emerald-cut diamond, instead of waiting for her boyfriend, Eric Johnson, to buy one for her. While I’m all for going after what you want, don’t you think Jess may be following her heart one—actually, make that fity-thousand —steps too far?
