I spied her strutting around town with Foster the People frontman Mark Foster, who both Lindsay Lohan and Michelle Trachtenberg once made a play for–and failed. But it looks like Taylor is having far better luck with the hipster hottie, enjoying a cozy lunch a deux in LA.
While her outfit is definitely a flop, let’s hope that her newest romance fosters more than a little love…XOXO.

But I must admit that C.Belle looked dazzling in a Jason Wu dress at last night’s Five Year Engagement premiere in New York City. A tight, shiny, cut-out body-con dress is no easy feat to pull off but Camilla makes it work.
