Tay, clad in Gucci, got her Gatsby on for the magazine’s coveted cover, but is this a look she should stick with? Or is TS sans her Anthropologie style a shock to your senses?

Can’t wait for The Hunger Games? Taylor Swift and The Civil Wars are taking you one step closer to the premiere of your fave new flick with the debut of their song from the soundtrack, “Safe & Sound.” Tay shot the bleak video in the Tennessee woods in 40 degree weather wearing nothing but a flimsy dress, sans shoes.

New Couple Alert: Zac Efron & Lily Collins?

From Taylor Swift to Demi Moore, Zac Efron certainly seems to be capturing the hearts Hollywood’s elite. Now I hear that Zefron is squiring Lily Collins around, even taking her to dinner at LA eatery STK. However, he seemed desperate to keep the date under wraps as he literally dove into his car to avoid being seen, but little Lily took her time and happily smiled for photogs.

Taylor Swift Loses Les Miserables Part

Les Miserables, indeed. I hear that Taylor Swift failed to land the part of Eponine in the big screen adaptation of the iconic musical. Instead, the part went to theater veteran Samantha Barks, who beat out Lea Michele, Evan Rachel Wood (she can sing?) and Scarlett Johansson for the role.
Will you boycott Les Miz now that it’s sans Taylor? Or did her mid-range vocals mean she never had a shot to begin with?

Wonder no more who Taylor Swift’s scathing songs are about. A little bird told me that T was “haunted” by her failed romance with hunky Jake Gyllenhaal because he “totally screwed with her mind” during their short on-off romance.
Would you have guessed that seemingly sweet Jakey was actually a jerk? Or had you pegged one of her other exes as the knight in tarnished armor?

Spotted: Taylor Swift looking “deep in conversation and very giggly” with uber-babe Zac Efron at L.A. eatery Pace. The pair arrived a deux in his Audi and left together, but a source close to Tay insists to Us Weekly that she only thinks of her The Lorax costar as a friend.
Unless she’s got glaucoma, I have trouble believing that boy-crazy Swifty doesn’t feel a spark with Zefron. Do you see this couple heating up or fizzling out?

I was an obvious exception to this rule, but I do agree that so many of my prep school’s It Crowd crashed and burned after graduation. Do you ever secretly console yourself by pretending that the popular kids peaked somewhere between the SATs and prom…and that it’s all downhill from there? XOXO.
