Last time we saw the usually lovely Lucy Hale, she was strutting through NYC looking flawlessly fresh. But, what a difference a day makes, darlings. This Pretty Little Liar was anything but in this dreadful, unflattering blue silk pantsuit at the ABC Family upfronts. Wrinkly and eye-searingly bright, the only upside is…hm…I’ll get back to you on that.

Spotted: Blake Lively and Chloe Moretz both attending the Jason Wu for Target fete, but only one starlet ruled the red carpet. While I adore B’s peplum-accented dress, Chloe also dons B&W but looks more like Colonel Sanders’ long-lost niece.
Am I the only one who thinks B should start schooling poor Chloe on being a true fashionista? XOXO.

Apparently Evan Rachel Wood is still bitter about her True Blood character getting written off the show. It’s the only possible explanation for the head-to-toe blood red leather monstrosity she wore to The Ides of March premiere in New York. Ev, if you want back on the show this badly, maybe just send a fruit basket to producers instead…XOXO.

Darlings, I’m all for having a signature style, but am I the only one nodding off looking at Nicole Richie’s never ending parade of Boho dresses? Sure Nic looks cute at a Fashion’s Night Out bash in LA, but let’s hope that this famous-for-no-real-reason celeb picked up a few out-of-the-box outfits…just this once.
