My my, darlings, it seems we may have a new NYC Queen Bee contender. I spied Giuliana Rancic on her recent trip to the city and, well, can we say, “tres sucess?” The reality TV starlet and E! news hostess looked effortlessly chic in her all-white top (please, Giuls, tell us where you got the blazer), and black skinnies, paired with a camel-colored Hermes Birkin. Darlings, does this look make you swoon? Tell me your thoughts.

On the Fence: Jessica Biel’s Dress

Jessica Biel showed up to the Valentine’s Day premiere wearing a bold ruffled dress by Oscar de la Renta, appropriately shaded in reds, pinks and whites. I can’t decide if it’s messy or marvelous, so I’m asking you, loyal readers: Does Jessica’s V-day look make you swoon, or does it break your heart?
